The general terms and conditions of the online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and the Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT).

Goods ordered in the online store www.looppaws.com are shipped in the shortest possible time - from 6 to 14 days, as they are handmade products. You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided during registration. In order to deliver the ordered items as quickly as possible, we will always choose the most optimal route. This is usually GLS parcel delivery, which means that you can expect delivery the next day (delivery in Slovenia). If you are not at the specified address when the delivery is made, you can pick up the package at the nearest parcel machine.

Shipping is charged when selecting the item and is the customer's expense, except during special promotions.

In connection with the selected payment method, additional money transfer costs may arise, which are listed below. The cost of money transfer is covered by the buyer himself, directly to the delivery or financial institution.

  1. Cash on delivery: The goods will be sent to you upon receipt. Upon receipt, you must pay the value of the ordered goods together with any postage and the cost of "payment of goods with redemption" in accordance with the valid price list of the delivery service (GLS), as this is their cost. In this case, you must be present in person at the time of collection, as payment is possible in cash or. with certain delivery services also by payment card. The amount of postage in accordance with the price list above.
  2. By bank transfer: When choosing this type of payment, you will automatically receive an offer/proforma invoice to the email address you provided when placing your order. You must pay the value of the ordered goods together with any postage. As usual, the bank will charge you for the costs of the bank transaction in accordance with its currently valid tariff. After receiving your payment to our bank account, delivery will follow within the agreed deadline. The amount of postage in accordance with the price list above.
  3. PayPal account holders can pay for the ordered goods with the funds in their account in accordance with PayPal's operating rules. In doing so, it is necessary to settle the value of the ordered goods together with any shipping costs. The shipping costs are in accordance with the price list above.
  4. By payment card: Purchases by payment card are made through the bank in accordance with their operating rules. The value of the ordered goods must be paid together with any postage. The amount of postage is in accordance with the price list above.

Personal pickup at the branch

You can also pick up the goods in person at one of our branches in Ljubljana or Medvode (coming soon).

If the ordered goods are ready and all conditions for collection are met (payment), collection is possible on the same day. Otherwise, you will receive a notification for collection by e-mail. Payment is only possible in advance via bank transfer, payment card or PayPal.

Access to information

The provider undertakes to act in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT) and always provide the user with the following information: company and registered office information, a valid e-mail address at which it can be accessed, registration number, tax number, information on permits that do not specifically and exclusively relate to the information society service or must be obtained in accordance with other regulations and from competent authorities, and information on product prices and whether the price includes tax, delivery costs and other possible charges.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the provider undertakes to always provide the user with access to the following information: the essential characteristics of the goods or service, including the minimum duration of the contract, if the subject of the contract is permanent or recurring performance; the price of the goods or service, including all taxes and other charges; any delivery costs; detailed payment arrangements and the method and deadlines for delivery or performance; the validity period of the offer; a description of the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the ZVPot; if the consumer does not have the right to withdraw, he must be explicitly informed of this.

Purchase process

All steps and a detailed description of placing an order are explained in detail in the menu under "ORDER PROCESS".

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive two instant notifications by e-mail.

After placing an order, the buyer receives an email notification, which means that the order has been successfully submitted for processing. These email notifications do not confirm that the product is in stock or that shipping has begun. The provider will treat accepted orders as irrevocable. In the event of an error or for other reasons, the buyer may cancel the order without additional costs. The order can be canceled within 6 hours by sending a message to the email address tolero.info@gmail.com By placing the order, the buyer confirms that he has been informed of the general terms and conditions and that he has been expressly warned of them.

The provider reviews the order, checks the product's delivery date, and reserves the right to contact the user by phone or e-mail in the event of any deviation in stock, price, availability, etc. The provider will offer the buyer a purchase under changed conditions or a solution that will be mutually beneficial, and will also allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase. In the event of an already paid purchase price, it will be returned.

Order sent

The provider packages and ships the goods within the promised deadline and notifies the buyer of this by email.

Conclusion and archiving of contracts (orders)

The contract can be concluded in the Slovenian language. The purchase contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is also accessible to the buyer at any time in his user profile.

Payment methods

Prices

The prices published in the LOOP online store and the offers issued are valid on the day of the order, i.e. the day of purchase, i.e. the day of completion and submission of the order through the online store. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. All prices are valid for items in stock in the store.

Despite our efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information published on our website, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item or the data changes during order processing, or in the event of an error in the online store, the price on the item in the LOOP store applies. The buyer will be immediately informed of any deviation, and in addition to the possibility of purchasing under the changed conditions, the provider will provide the buyer with a mutually satisfactory solution or cancellation/withdrawal from the order.

Prices are retail, include statutory VAT and are indicated in €.

We consider complaints within a maximum of 15 days after the purchase.

Withdrawal from the contract, return of goods and purchase price

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply want to withdraw from the order or contract, you can withdraw in writing within 14 days without stating the reason for withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins the day after receipt of the goods.

To do this, send us the completed form "Form for exchange / return of goods" attached below within 14 days, which indicates your will to withdraw from the contract. The products must be returned no later than 14 days after written notification, they must not be used, opened or damaged, and the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. The buyer can return the products to our address in person or by mail. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

We do not accept returns for products made to your specifications due to non-standard measurements and color combinations.

Form: Withdrawal from contract

Products must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original undamaged packaging with all manuals, accompanying documents and hang tags. Please also enclose a copy of the "Exchange/Return Form" and a copy of the original invoice.

In accordance with Article 43d of the ZVPot, we will refund the purchase price and delivery costs to you immediately after receipt of the goods. We will refund the purchase price and delivery costs to you using the same payment method as you used for payment, unless you explicitly request the use of another payment method and you do not incur any costs as a result. According to Article 43d of the ZVPot, the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract referred to in the first paragraph of this article in contracts for goods that are manufactured or delivered according to the consumer's precise instructions and adapted to his personal needs.

In the event of a return of goods purchased by redeeming a voucher upon registration, the customer's refund amount will be reduced by this value, and at the same time the customer will be reinstated with the right to redeem the voucher.

Form: For returning goods

Returning goods on our website is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

IF YOU ORDER A PRODUCT ACCORDING TO YOUR CUSTOMIZATION (IN YOUR DIMENSIONS AND COLORS), YOU CANNOT RETURN THE PRODUCT. WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR PURCHASE.

Return of damaged shipments

In the event that the package is physically damaged, missing contents, or shows signs of being opened, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service. Together, we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.

Warranty

The items have a warranty if stated so on the enclosed warranty card. The warranty card applies to products purchased on the basis of the enclosed invoice and is also enforced by presenting the invoice and a confirmed warranty card. The date of sale is the date of the invoice. The product warranty as well as its period is stated on the warranty statement and is adapted to the product, and is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card. For products with a longer warranty period, this is specially marked.

The warranty is enforced at the authorized service center, which is listed on the warranty card. All factory defects and deficiencies that occur during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.

The warranty expires if:

  • Defects caused by improper use, negligent handling, mechanical damage and defects in the event of force majeure
  • If the product has been tampered with by an unauthorized person or if it is determined that someone has tampered with the product without our written permission
  • When making changes to an item
  • In the case of unprofessional addition of structural assemblies, arbitrary wiring of elements such as switches, potentiometers, plugs, etc.
  • When using other elements that do not originally belong to the item
  • In case of incorrect operation or damage due to negligent handling
  • When your pet physically injures or chews you

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC. You can change the quantity of ordered products in the cart. To apply the change, click the 'Refresh Cart' button. If you do not want to order a product, delete it by clicking the 'Remove Product' icon.

LOOP is a brand of handmade collars, leashes and more . The special features are the designs and patterns , which are always increasing. Everything is made by hand and if you dare and allow it, also unique.

The beginnings of creation under the name LOOP date back to 2018. At the beginning of 2018, during a vacation by the sea, I wanted to treat my Lucky to something special - a beautiful collar that would be as unique as he is. Despite a long search, I couldn't find anything that would really excite me. At that moment, a thought arose in me: why not create something myself, because it probably isn't that difficult? Well... honestly today, looking back, I know it was.

And so my story began.

After returning home, I thought for a long time about what the perfect combination would be to make collars that would not only be functional, but also beautiful, durable, and pleasant to the touch.

I started researching different materials and came across paracord and biothane - two amazing materials that immediately captivated me. Paracord with its strength and durability, which can withstand a variety of situations, and biothane, which is pleasant to the touch, water-resistant and simply beautiful. I spent hours and hours at the computer trying to understand all the ways to knit paracord.

To be completely honest, I almost gave up at that time , because after countless attempts I got huge pains in my muscles that I had never even known until that moment. In addition to them, I also had open blisters on my fingers. On the screen, everyone was making knots with such ease, but I was confused because nothing was as it should be. But I made my first collar. It wasn't exactly perfect, but I knew that this was what I liked. Soon I made a second, a third,... Until he had a whole collection. Because each next one was better and more beautiful. And the last one was as it should be.

A new milestone came. I got my first real order for a collar, and then more and more. With all these orders, I realized that making it took too much time for me to make it my paid hobby . Since I had a full-time job, the idea that I could make collars for others myself was shattered, because I didn't have time for everything . Despite everything, I still had two small children walking around with me.

But I didn't dare leave my good job and invest everything in LOOP. I slowly put the cords in the closet and they stayed there for quite a while... and then Corona came.

The world stopped. And I found myself with precious time... and I channeled it into education and making collars.

I followed my dreams and today I know I did the right thing.

LOOP has developed into a brand that I am proud of. With my products, I would also like to convey to others that it is essential to have dreams, believe in them, and make them come true .

Every collar I make today carries within it a piece of that original inspiration and love I feel for my dog ​​and for everything that is important to me .

By handcrafting each collar, I want to create something unique - something that is not just a collar, but a reflection of the special bond between a dog and its owner .

Today, when I look at my online store, I realize that every collar I make tells a story - a story of love, dedication, and care.

My story began that day at sea, and ever since then I have been happy to share it with anyone who wants to offer their four-legged friend something truly special.
